01The arrangement

InventArch is offered to you as an invitation-only closed beta. Access is granted to a named operator and is not transferable. By entering the threshold you agree to use the platform as an evaluation instrument, not a production dependency, for the duration of the beta period.

02What the beta is — and is not

  • It is a working preview of the mentor, substrate, and apprentice layers, offered as-is and evolving daily.
  • It is not a guarantee of uptime, data durability, or feature stability. Surfaces may change or disappear between builds without notice.
  • Verdicts produced by the substrate are advisory during beta. You remain accountable for what ships.

03Your code, your judgment

You retain all rights to the code, prompts, and artifacts you bring. We claim no ownership over your repositories. We do retain the right to analyze de-identified session residue to improve the platform, as described in the Privacy Policy.

04Confidentiality

The beta — its interfaces, roadmap, and the shape of what you see behind the glass — is confidential. Please don't screenshot the hub into public channels until we leave closed beta together.
